Our licensed aesthetician, Jaelin Gonzales, has been a member of the Affinity Dermatology team since 2021. She attended the Sarah and Troy La Grone Advanced Technology Complex in Denton, TX, earning her aesthetician license in 2018. She has furthered her education, receiving her laser technician certificate from the AML Laser Academy.
Jaelin was born and raised in DFW, and since birth, she has been completely immersed in the dermatology community. Her mother is trained as a licensed vocational nurse and has led the aesthetics department for another dermatology office for years. Her mom has passed all of her knowledge, skills, and zeal to her daughter. For this reason, she is often referred to as the "Derm Baby," but she specializes in helping you achieve baby-soft skin. With her driving force in life being that she is "results-driven," Jaelin recognizes that a "one-size-fits-all" approach does not serve her patients well. Her extensive knowledge about skincare and aesthetics underlies the customized product and care plan that she creates for each patient.
In her free time, Jaelin enjoys country line dancing and cuddling with her hairless Sphinx cat. At her fingertips, she is skilled with a wide variety of technology, including BelaMD Microdermabrasion and Dermal Infusion, chemical peels, Cutera Xeo Laser Genesis & IPL, Vivace Radiofrequency Microneedling, Medlite C6 Q Switched laser, Skin Stylus Microneedling, and - her favorite – Aerolase Neo Elite.
